Terms of service

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. We accept payment through the methods shown at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received.

Order acceptance and pricing errors

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example where a product is out of stock or a price was displayed incorrectly due to an error. If this happens after you've paid, we will contact you and give you a full refund.

Product information and vehicle fitment

We take care to describe our products accurately, including Frantz Filter kit fitment for specific makes and models. Please check that a kit or product suits your vehicle before ordering, and contact us if you're unsure. We're happy to help you choose the right product.

Using our products safely

Hot Shot's Secret additives, oils and treatments must be used according to the directions on the label. Store them out of reach of children. Safety Data Sheets are available on request. We recommend Frantz Filter bypass kits are installed by a qualified mechanic, or by following the installation instructions on our Install & Support page.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, returns and refunds by our Return and Refund Policy, and how we handle your personal information by our Privacy Policy. These policies form part of these Terms.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under that law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
